Population growth and increasing the number of vehicles in addition to increase people's social activities that result in easy communication, cause changes in traffic pattern in many developed and developing countries. Nowadays, traffic problems have became one of the major crises in most metropolises. Therefore, the 11th International Conference on Traffic and Transportation Engineering with enhance on “Human-oriented Transportation" is considering using the capabilities of Iranian transportation industry experts and planning to exchange their viewpoints through increasing the capabilities and knowledge of traffic men, has taken a step to reduce traffic problems and getting the innovation in urban traffic management.
